How to Know Christ

“There is one common theme, one common truth; all of these people knew that Jesus Christ was with them. It wasn’t that Jesus Christ was just with them, but there was a greater confidence that Jesus was in them.”

- Pastor Sam Rijfkogel

In the video, Pastor Sam Rifjkogel shares the steps to peace with God:
  • Understand that our sin separates us from God.
  • Accept that God’s love is greater than our sin and Christ is the bridge that crosses that separation.
  • Realize that God hears us when we pray and ask for forgiveness.

If you have not already given your heart to Christ, we encourage you to pray this simple prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I believe you are God’s only son. I believe you paid the price so I could be forgiven and have a personal relationship with God. So, Jesus, today come into my life, be my Lord and wash away all of my sins. I surrender and choose to follow you from this day forward. Amen.”

You might be asking, What do I do next?

First follow Pastor Sam’s recommendations and then watch a short video where Pastor Kerry Watts explains the next steps.

Second, follow Pastor Kerry’s steps outlined below:

  • Share your decision of accepting Christ with someone else.
  • Find a good Bible-believing church.
  • Begin reading the Bible starting with Luke and then the Book of Acts
Words to Live By:
